Consumer Engagement Managers

Consumer Engagement Managers (CEMs) provide:
  • Technology training, including troubleshooting for assistive-listening devices
  • Training and individualized workshops on the BRIDGE to Better Communication rehabilitation materials
  • Patient support, including hearing-loss support groups and interaction with hearing-implant candidates
  • Partnerships with clinics for patient-centered educational events
  • Educational programs for patients such as MED-EL Mingles, MED-EL Meet Ups, MED-EL Open Houses and Hands On Hearing

International Orders

MED-EL USA is happy to provide AuSpLan and Open-and Closed-Set Task © Kit or replacement score sheets for international customers to order. For all other products, customers should contact their local MED-EL representative or the international office for rehabilitation at Rehabilitation@medel.com.

Languages

Many of our products are offered in different languages, but are not stored in our local warehouses. We have a number of Spanish items in stock that you can order from the (this) site. If you have a specific request for a different language, it will be treated as a "special order" with separate costs for shipping and handling, etc. Please contact our Marketing Department at 888-633-3524 or marketing.us@medel.com for more information.

LittlEARS© Auditory Questionnaire License Agreement

MED-EL offers the opportunity to utilize the LittlEARS© Auditory Questionnaire within electronic hospital records through a licensing agreement. To learn more about the license agreement, please e-mail educators.us@medel.com .

Purchase Order Requests

All Purchase Order requests are reviewed by MED-EL marketing and may be refused if incomplete contact or account information is provided. Contact marketing.us@medel.com if your purchase order request was denied in error.

Returns and Refunds

There is a 30 day return policy for all items ordered. To obtain a refund, all pieces of the material will need to be returned in a clean and usable condition. There is no partial refund. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Please contact our Marketing Department at 888-633-3524 or marketing.us@medel.com to return a product or if you have received an item in error.

Tax Exempt Organizations
