Selection I can't find what I want. If you can't find an item, a size or even a specific brand (like Nike, Adidas, North Face, etc), just ask. Call 1-855-770-7878 and inquire about a custom order. The Vault Shop will track down the item for you and let you know prices and availability - before you buy!
Selection I use another supplier to buy merchandise. Our Vault Shop supplier can source almost any item or brand. Just call 1-855-770-7878 and let them know the brand and style. They'll track down the exact same item.
About What is the Vault Shop? It’s our own website where employees may buy Synchrony branded merchandise.

About Can anyone buy merchandise? Any Synchrony employee can make purchases. The only access is via a SSO login on the Brand Vault.
Payments How can I pay? Purchases may be made via P-card (for business items) or personal credit card (for personal items)
  • Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover are accepted
  • Do not use a T&L Card (Synchrony Financial travel card) for purchases
  • Personal purchases may not be made on a company card (i.e. P-Card)
  • Large or bulk orders may be made via a PO/Invoice. To do that, please email SYFVaultShop@knowclassic.com or call 855-770-7878.
Payments How will purchases appear on my credit card bill? The Vault Shop is managed and serviced by Classic Graphics out of Charlotte, NC. Purchases will show as from “Classic”. (PO's should be opened under their parent company, Imagine, Inc)
Selection How do you choose items to be included in the Vault Shop? “There’s something for everyone” is our ultimate goal. We’re constantly adding new merchandise, so check back often. If you have an idea for a branded item, please use the “Suggest New Product” link on the bottom of the Vault Shop.
Payments I’m buying for a trade show and need large quantities. What’s the best way to place the order? Large or bulk orders may be made via a PO/Invoice. To do that, please email SYFVaultShop@knowclassic.com or call 855-770-7878.
Selection Can I order custom-order branded merchandise for my special event? Yes! You can order branded merchandise for your event. Simply contact the Vault Shop supplier and describe what you're looking for. They will source options for you to choose from. You are not limited to the same merchandise offered on the site.

Availability What if an item I want is backordered? Each item in the Vault Shop shows the current available quantity. If you want to buy more than that (or if the item is completely out of stock), your order will be held until the item(s) comes in.
Availability What do you do if just one item of my purchase is backordered? In order to ship everything together, your order will be held if one or more items is backordered. However, if you’d like to receive the rest of the order without waiting, please place your order then contact SYFVaultShop@knowclassic.com with your request.

Shipping Do you ship internationally? Yes. All orders placed with a destination of India or Philippines will be batched and shipped to the Synchrony office in the respective country. Batching will occur once per month or more, depending upon volume of orders. Shipping fees and related customs taxes will be paid by Corporate Branding. Orders shipped to countries other than US, India or the Philippines must pay shipping and customs fees.
Tax Are purchases taxed? Vault Shop purchases are taxable according to federal and state laws.
Purchases made with a personal credit card:
  • If the purchase is shipped to NC, PA, VA or ID, it is assessed sales tax (the supplier has locations in these states). This tax will appear on your receipt or invoice
  • If the purchase is not delivered to NC, PA, VA or ID, it is not taxed by the supplier
  • You may have an obligation to self-remit use tax to the ship to jurisdiction. Consult your personal tax advisor.
Purchases made with SYF P-card or Purchase Order
  • If the purchase is shipped to NC, PA, VA or ID, it is assessed sales tax (the supplier has locations in these states). This tax will appear on your receipt or invoice
  • If the purchase is not delivered to NC, PA, VA or ID, it is not taxed by the supplier
  • Consumers Use Tax will be assessed on purchases to other states
  • This tax is assessed after the purchase by SYF’s Taxation department.
  • The exact amount of tax will be determined by where the merchandise is shipped to.
  • In general, please expect approximately 8%
